The Litter Registration Application is a 2 sided form if not done online.
The Litter Registration Application is the front side.
The Litter Registration - PUP I.D. is the back side.
The Dual Registration Application is to be used to dual Register a Dog with BYA.
Dogs being dual registered must be Purebred with a Certified Pedigree and from a BYA Approved Registry.

The Litter Disposition Form is to be used to document the placement of your pups.
You are required to retain the Litter Disposition Form in your files for 7 years.

The Biewer Yorkie Association reserves the right to refuse any animal for registration without cause.
